Manifest on Newsbeast.gr: Building European Growth on Expertise in Complex Projects
From Design and Construction to Everyday Operation
Newsbeast.gr featured an article on Manifest and its focus on large projects and high-demand facilities. The company combines its Facility Management experience with construction, energy and technology, aiming to take on the full life cycle of an asset, from initial design to everyday operation.
The article looks at the construction business, where experience from maintaining and managing buildings already feeds into the design stage, at energy projects that combine photovoltaics, batteries and smart energy management, at the Moralius platform, and at the robotic cleaning systems in use at Four Seasons and Astir Marina.
It also mentions the ISO 41001 and ISO 22301 certifications, the fact that three out of four Manifest clients are multinational organisations, and the strategic partnership with EFSIM, which together with complex projects and Staffing Solutions forms the main focus for the period ahead, with European expansion as the long-term goal.
