We were very pleased to participate in the voluntary blood donation initiative organized by Ravago at its premises in Neratziotissa, in collaboration with the “Dimitris & Giannis Vlon” Blood Bank.

This initiative was an important act of giving, aiming to collect as many blood units as possible and provide meaningful support to people in need.

At Manifest, we believe that social contribution gains true value when it is put into action through participation, sensitivity, and collective effort. This is why we stand by initiatives that strengthen solidarity and create a positive social impact.

The bazaar of “The Smile of the Child” was successfully held at our offices, as part of a meaningful initiative with an important purpose.

The organization’s presence in our workplace was a special opportunity for us to actively support its valuable work, through an initiative directly connected with giving and social awareness. For all of us at Manifest, actions like this hold special value, as they remind us that even within our daily work routine, there is always room for purpose, participation, and support for important causes.

Our collaboration with “The Smile of the Child” is not new. On the contrary, it is part of a long-standing relationship of support towards an organization with significant social impact and meaningful contribution to children in need.

We warmly thank “The Smile of the Child” for its presence at our offices and for the opportunity to contribute, once again, to an initiative with true meaning.

Manifest actively participated in the Courts of Change charity tournament, supporting the Elpida Association and the children it cares for. With every basket scored by our team, we contributed to an effort that gives true meaning to the game: giving and solidarity.

Through the joy of sports, collaboration, and team spirit, we proved that the values that unite us on the court are the same values that guide our contribution to society. Because for us, every score matters even more when it turns into hope for children in need.

Manifest is proud to announce its participation in WWF's "Adopt a Beach" program. As part of this initiative, we have adopted Glyfada Beach with the aim of actively contributing to environmental protection and reducing plastic pollution.

On Saturday, June 29th, we carried out our first litter survey at Glyfada Beach. Our team, full of enthusiasm and energy, gathered early in the morning to kick off this important initiative. With the help of our volunteers, we collected all the waste from the beach and then proceeded to categorize and record it. Each piece of litter was carefully classified to help create statistical data that will aid in better understanding and tackling plastic pollution. This action was not only an opportunity to contribute to environmental protection but also a reminder of the importance of collective effort. The participation and cooperation of our volunteers were crucial to the success of this action.

Manifest is committed to continuing this effort with new actions and making a substantial contribution to environmental protection. We sincerely thank everyone who participated and made this action a reality.

At Manifest, we love all animals, especially those that are forced to live outside, without anybody to care for them and without it being their choice. This is why we respect and support volunteer organizations who selflessly and with great passion tend to the collection, medical treatment and care of stray animals with the ultimate goal of their adoption so that they can have a new chance at life.

In November, we were happy to present PE.FI.PO. Association of Maroussi food, medicines and other materials, to enhance their mission, so that we can participate in their efforts to help all stray animals leave the streets and find their loving forever homes.

PE.FI.PO. Amarousiou Association, which focuses on the relationship among Human – Animal – Environment- Culture, takes care of the protection of animals, stray and not, with the motto “Spay, Spay, Adopt”.

We would like to thank PE.FI.PO. for the work they do every day and we are committed to doing as much as we can “To keep their tails happy!”

On Sunday October 2nd, we were happy to participate in the #raceforthecure2022 that took place in the center of Athens, where members of the Manifest team walked the 2 km route.

An event organized by the Panhellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer, “Alma Zois”, aiming to raise awareness of the importance of prevention and early diagnosis, as well as support women with breast cancer and their families.

It is very important for us to support such significant activities, that promote prevention and health for everyone.

As nature fights an unequal battle against fire, the enormous support and solidarity in the affected areas of our country (Varybobi, North Euboea, Pyrgos, etc.), to the people and the livestock, is admirable and moving.

On Saturday 07/08/21, by sending a simple sms, the 800 members of the Manifest team mobilized immediately, and we managed to collect large quantities of necessities for the affected areas, such as: Water, Food, Dry food, Pharmacy items, Bathroom tissues, Antibacterial, Isotonic drinks etc.

The delivery of the above items took place on the morning of Sunday 08/08/21 by executives of our company, at the Town Hall of the Municipality of Glyfada, where vans were constantly departing to transport items to the affected areas.

The stadiums may have been closed and the sports events may have been suspended, but athletes of all ages dream of returning to their favorite sport, because for them this is one of the most beautiful aspects of their daily lives.

One of the biggest challenges for schools is the continuation of sports activities, when this is, of course, allowed by the measures implemented to combat coronavirus. For this reason, Manifest, the leading company in the field of Facility Management, supported the Avgoulea- Linardatou School, and with the Kids Need Sports campaign ensured the smooth conduct of sports activities by carrying out a program of special Disinfection – Microbicide to create a fully sterile environment.

Besides, from the very first moment of the pandemic crisis in our country, Manifest has been acting proactively and has created a comprehensive solution in three levels of preventive measures, the AntiCovid-19 Proactive Safety Measures (PSM) Program.

Although sports activities have been suspended in schools, we are committed to continuing corporate responsibility action and we will ensure that students return safely to school and sports facilities.

Until then, children teach us the meaning of sportsmanship and teamwork through the video campaign.

Wishing to give back to society and to support Make-A-Wish in making children’s dreams come true, Manifest gladly offered two disinfection treatments against the Covid-19 virus.

Make-A-Wish (Make-A-Wish of Greece) grants the wishes of children suffering from life-threatening diseases, strengthening their struggle for life with joy, strength and hope and to this date has granted the wishes of more than 2,500 little heroes.

It is our duty as members of society to support the happy people of Turi in every possible way.

For Maria Karvouniaris, a sign was the trigger and cause for her to kick-start the sport of kickboxing. It was as if her gaze met with what she had to follow, realizing her abilities for a demanding, dynamic combat sport that contributes to the development of human and physical developmental skills.

At the age of 7 (born 31/8/2004) she starts kickboxing workouts and an upward course that continues to this day with major prospects for the future. Distinctions succeed one another nationwide and internationally. The biggest award comes in 2018 with the bronze medal at the light contact world championship held in Jesolo, Italy under the auspices of WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations).

The next major challenge for Maria Karvouniaris is the Pan-European Youth Championship to be held from August 23 to September 1 in Gyor, Hungary. The Greek champion is ready to add another distinction to her resume and continue her successful career.

In this context, the company undertook the sponsorship of Maria Karvouniari, rewarding her progress so far but above all the dedication and hard work she has shown to achieve the highest level of success.

The 11-member “Inventors” robotics team of the 4th Primary School of Voulas participated for the first time at the First Lego League (FLL), entitled “Into Orbit 2019”, which took place in Thessaloniki on 16-17/3/2019. Among the 160 teams from all over Greece taking part in the contest, it won 4th place in the Robot Game.

However, winning 1st place as Greek champion in Educational Robotics with the exercise device DIAS (Space Spider Web) secured the team an invitation to the World Robotics Championship “FIRST® LEGO® League World Festival 2019”, representing Greece and attended by the top 108 teams from all over the world.

Space Spider Web aims to train astronauts while they stay in space to neutralize the effect of their weightlessness on their bodies.

Manifest, always supportive of such important efforts, contributed to the team’s participation in the World Robotics Championship held in Houston, Texas on April 16-20 2019, where the team won 1st place in the Project Research category.

The amount of guilt that the modern parent carries in striving to balance between his desire to be constantly close to his children and the ambition and necessity of survival that pushes him to stand out in his work, is easily perceived as it is part of the daily routine of the majority of employees.

Dr. Kalogerakis’s experiential seminar set out to answer the question on everyone’s mind: whether and how parents can fill the time gap that hurts the parent-child relationship. An initiative by senior executives who identified a problem of modern society and joined forces to find solutions for a better world.

Dr. Kalogerakis generously offered emotion, knowledge and food for thought to those who attended at the Pallas on 5/11. He pointed out that the primordial power of self-improvement pushes man to transcend his boundaries and to create energy with a strong sense of purpose. He reminded parents that the inexhaustible love for their children is the core of their upbringing and stressed that their own “tomorrow” has not yet been discovered, but will certainly be based on more essential principles than “today” as is.

The disaster in Eastern Attica on 23 July was one of the biggest catastrophes in the history of modern Greece and the second most destructive fire of the 21st century. The whole country is mourning for the victims.
